Punters at Harry Byrnes got more than they bargained for when All Blacks legend Jonah Lomu cropped up in their local, hidden in a vending machine.
The all-time leading tryscorer in Rugby World Cup history was taking part in Heineken's ‘It’s Your Call’ campaign which will allow rugby fans the chance to be present for the pre-match coin toss at this Autumn's World Cup.

Lomu wedged himself into a cramped vending machine and offered up personalised prizes for those at the pub before former Ireland winger showed his face, telling Lomu that his shift was over.
One guest said: "Everything was perfectly normal until people started receiving personalised merchandise from Jonah Lomu. A few people in the pub began questioning whether he was in fact in the building, but we all still got a huge surprise when Shane Horgan walked over and let him out of the box. He’s a big man, I’ve no idea how he fitted into it!"
