Munster full-back Simon Zebo and winger Darren Sweetnam have both been ruled out of the province's PRO14 match with the Southern Kings on Saturday.
Zebo sustained what Munster are describing as a knock during the win over Toulon last weekend, while his replacement Sweetnam is also carrying a suspected knock.
Both players have been ruled out of this weekend's match with the Kings while utility back Stephen Fitzgerald and academy scrum-half Jack Stafford have both been called into the squad as replacements.
The addition of Stafford also lends itself to the possibility that scrum-half Conor Murray will be rested ahead of the club's Champions Cup semi-final with Racing later this month.

Munster confirmed that public sale for Munster section tickets for the semi-final begins tomorrow morning with tickets available across four categories ranging from €15 to €55.
The club added that there is no restriction on how many tickets can be bought per person but that supporters are urged to purchase tickets through Munster Rugby.
