A World Cup Bolt-er?

If the Irish rugby team needed any tips on how to become the best in the world then maybe this was the man to pass them on. Sprint king Usain Bolt, fresh off three more gold medals at the world championships in Beijing last month, visited the squad last week to speak to them ahead of their final World Cup warm-up game against England.
