No Irish player has made the RugbyJOE team for round 1 of the Six Nations.

Ireland were comprehensively beaten by England in Dublin, Wales went to Paris and got their campaign off to a great start while Scotland cruised to a comfortable win over Italy before Conor O'Shea's side ran in a couple of late tries to flatter the scoreboard. Former Ireland captain and record try scorer Brian O'Driscoll said before last weekend that he felt that just one English player would make the current Ireland team but Eddie Jones' men fared a lot better in our selections with six nominations.
