Simon Zebo shows incredible footwork to set up Donnacha Ryan try
Former Munster full-back Simon Zebo continued his superb form for Racing on Sunday night with a try and an assist in the Parisians 45-27 win over Bordeaux.
The win sees Racing keep pace with Lyon in third while for Zebo his score registers his eighth try of the season as he continues to make waves in the Top 14.
Life in Paris has gone as well as could be expected for Munster's all-time leading try scorer but the former Ireland full-back admits that he misses the craic of playing in Thomond and Ireland.
"I miss the craic and my Ireland team-mates, just the banter between training and the mischief we get up to when we have time to kill. That’s what I miss most," Zebo told Paddy Power before the Six Nations.
"But it’s been incredible for me in France thus far. The atmosphere in the grounds is amazing. playing away from home is superb and the Racing stadium is out of this world.
"It’s all totally different from a rugby point-of-view.
"The style of rugby we play at Racing is very exciting, and Paris as a city is great as well. When you combine everything – the rugby, the lifestyle, the environment of the club – it’s certainly been eye-opening and refreshing.
"It has surpassed my expectations. It has been way better than I thought it would be."
