Shane, it’s a big game but it’s not that big a game.
We’ll see if Horgan is saying Ireland and Wales has more spice to it than Ireland-England come next week.
Ahead of Friday night’s clash in Cardiff – the Irish’s first ever Friday night Six Nations fixture – the RTÉ panel have drummed up interest in the must-win game to no end.

A win against Wales and it’s simple: Ireland welcome England to Lansdowne Road on St. Patrick’s weekend with the championship destiny in their own hands.
So, whilst a lot is riding on the game at the Principality Stadium, nothing compares to the thought of beating the English.
Just ask John Hayes.
Ireland and Wales have had some battles down through the years but when Shane Horgan says that fixture has more niggle than the one against England, you can completely forgive Ronan O’Gara’s giggle at his old team mate’s expense.
The Munster legend did go on to say that this fixture is a ‘one-off’ and that he is expecting a classic. Just don’t tell him that it will have more to it than an England game.
