Robbie Henshaw will have one old friend on his mind when he makes his World Cup debut tomorrow.

The Connacht and Ireland centre will line out in midfield alongside Keith Earls, against Italy, at the Olympic Stasdium. He posted a touching message on Instagram, following this morning's Captain's Run. https://instagram.com/p/8YF85XsZlc/?taken-by=robhenshaw The message refers to Karl Ashe, a former school-mate of Henshaw at Marist College, who died suddenly [at the age of 16] in 2009. The friends played for Marist College in the 2008 Connacht Schools Junior Cup - losing 8-5 to Sligo Grammar School. On the eve of his proudest moment as a rugby player, it is heartening to see the 22-year-old taking the time to honour the memory of a dear, departed friend.
