With the British and Irish Lions set to jet off to New Zealand in two weeks, some of their players are now in the full swing of things with training.

It is not all just weight lifting though for the players as they prepare for three extremely physical tests against New Zealand in June and July.

Some of the Lions were training in Cardiff and underwent cryotherapy to help with recovery after their gruelling training sessions. The chambers are normally kept at a brisk -110º and

And of course, plenty of gym work.
