Maybe Ireland had some support from above against France
Ian Madigan was called on briefly during Ireland's win against France when Jonathan Sexton was receiving treatment for a blow to the head and the Leinster out-half kicked a vital second-half penalty as the hosts won 18-11 at the Aviva Stadium.
The 26-year-old has posted a picture of the kick on his Instagram page today that shows him bathed in light from above, and he has playfully suggested that a higher power may have helped him find the target.
