If you're having your lunch, don't even think about scrolling down.

Even if you're within two hours of your lunch, hitting back might be the smartest option right now. That's because Castleford Tigers full-back Luke Dorn is sporting one of the most stomach-churning facial injuries you're ever likely to see. The Aussie almost had his lip torn straight off his face midway through the second half of Castleford's 30-16 win over Salford. And Dorn posted a picture of the sliced lip, as well as the blood-soaked gumshield, on Twitter before posting a hilariously laid-back update of his wellbeing. Hard as flippin' nails!
