Ringrose has been Leinster's starting 13 for most of the season. Schmidt had the 21-year-old in for training ahead of the Six Nations but released him for provincial duty.
The other uncapped players coming into camp are Leinster scrum-half Luke McGrath and second row Quinn Roux.
Elsewhere, Iain Henderson, Sean O'Brien and Peter O'Mahony are all included. The trio have all had seasons blighted by injuries.
