Joe Schmidt has been in charge of Ireland for just under five years and no-one can deny that massive progress has been made.
Since taking over as Ireland head coach, Schmidt has led Ireland to three Six Nations titles, a historic victory over New Zealand, an away win over South Africa and a series triumph over in Argentina.
The series decider against Australia will be Schmidt’s 58th Test match at the helm for Ireland.
