Ireland to tour South Africa in 2016

Ireland's last tour of South Africa was in 2004

Ireland have never beaten the Springboks in South Africa

Reports today suggest that fresh from Ireland’s Autumn series win over South Africa, a three match tour of the country is being planned for 2016.

No venues are as of yet confirmed which will be the fifth time that an Irish touring party will head to play the ‘Boks’ in their backyard.

Ireland’s last visit to South Africa was in 2004 when we lost both tests.
