We're so pumped up by this Rugby World Cup promo that we think we'd give Canada a pretty good game if Joe Schmidt gave us a starting place.
The video shows a fit-as-a-fiddle Conor Murray jogging to a dilapidated warehouse for Day 87 of his training camp, knocking on the shutters before it all kicks off. Ireland's scrum half picks up a ball and sets off on a sprint to evade some nameless, faceless tacklers as he tests his speed, resistance and accuracy. After successfully making his way through the training regimen/terrifying obstacle course, Murray crosses another day off his training camp before picking up his bag and heading home. Whatever about the hooded opponents. None of it was as scary as the notion of seeing Paul O'Connell standing in your way as you attempt a line break.Brought to you by Lucozade Sport.
