50 Ireland vs. England tickets up for grabs at Guinness ‘Rugby Nights’

Patrick McCarry

Dublin, Cork, Belfast, Galway and Limerick are all hosting the ‘Rugby Nights’ events.

Over the next week, at 22 bars across five cities, Guinness will set the scene ahead of the 2019 Six Nations and offer up a number of rugby-themed prizes, including tickets to Ireland’s opening game against England.

The ‘Guinness Six Nations Rugby Nights’ began in Galway, on Thursday, and will run all the way until next Friday, less than 24 hours out from the start of Ireland’s title defence.

Guinness has come on as title sponsors for the storied rugby championship and are helping to build the atmosphere, for fans, in selected pubs (listed below). A release from Guinness reads:

‘Pubs in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Belfast will be giving rugby fans the chance to be part of the build up to the championship with a pair of tickets to see Ireland take on England at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, February 2 to be won in every pub.

‘In addition to the chance to win tickets to the game, a host of rugby themed prizes will be on offer and it will be a great night to enjoy a pint of Guinness and share pre-match predictions with the fans ahead of the Championship action.

‘Fans should check out the social channels for the participating pubs for more details on the Guinness Six Nations Rugby Nights.’
