If you're nursing a hangover this weekend, get over it because your head definitely feels a lot better than poor Nicholas Schonert.
The Worcester Warriors prop sustained an absolutely horrific facial injury during Saturday's 48-18 defeat to Saracens at Twickenham.
A stray boot caught the left cheek of Schonert and sliced it open like you wouldn't believe.
Schonert, who plays with former Ireland international Donncha O'Callaghan in the Premiership, posted the following picture showing the extent of the injury and it's pretty difficult to look at.

The South African prop got stitched up, though, and is looking an awful lot better this morning.
