Farcical scenes at Ashbourne as floodlights fail and back pitch is prepared for play

There's a lot more to talk about goings on off the pitch than on it after the first half of action in Ireland women's game with France tonight.

The floodlights went out at the beginning of the second half of the Women's Six Nations round two game after the sides entered the dressing room at 0-0 at the break.

The teams are in the dark as the lights won't work at the start of the second half 13/2/2015

And after failing to get the lights up and running, the decision was made to prepare the back pitch for play. It could only happen on Friday the 13th.
