Sure our fans are world class if nothing else.

A 23-point defeat was a bitter pill to swallow and the quarter final collapse against Argentina might've divided the country back home but the Irish fans in Cardiff were still top of the range. Despite going down in crushing fashion, some of the supporters kept their class and offered a show of real sportsmanship after the game. Both sets of supporters did their countries proud in the Millenium Stadium anyway. https://twitter.com/AdamReesy/status/655749168254861312 But one Irish fan offered a brilliant gesture to the South Americans afterwards when he gave his flag to some of the Puma support and wished them luck for the rest of the tournament. We'd offer them the luck of the Irish but look where that's gotten us. 12166590_10153223399018030_1526647998_n Thanks to Erin Walsh for sending this our way. If you have any pieces of content you'd like to share with us, hit us up on Facebook or Twitter or send us an email at editorial@SportsJOE.ie.
