Cian Healy was charged up and eager for action when he replaced Jack McGrath in the second half of Ireland's 19-9 win over England.
So eager, in fact, that he decided a novel way of halting the charge of English prop Dan Cole would be to stick his melon out there.
The loose-head is surely sporting a bruised bonce today and, fittingly, he tweeted this:
