In the days, and hours, leading up to Warren Gatland announcing his British & Irish Lions squad, fans have kept themselves occupied by selecting their own squads and starting XVs.
Every person has their own favourites and own delusions about beating the All Blacks during a Kiwi winter in the most testing of conditions.
Still, that's no need for selecting Cardiff and Wales winger Alex Cuthbert...
Cuthbert did a decent job of it against Australia in 2013 but he has been in a rut over the past 18 months and has fallen down the Lions pecking order. That didn't stop one Cuthbert loyalist from selecting him in her 38-man Lions squad.
Caoimhe O'Brien was brave and bold enough to tag in Irish legends Brian O'Driscoll and Ronan O'Gara with her 38-man squad. Having only ever tweeted once before, retweeting some skills from Shane Williams, her message got some big names responding.
O'Driscoll still couldn't get his head around Cuthbert beating out the likes of Keith Earls, Tommy Seymour and Simon Zebo:

O'Gara, meanwhile, certainly didn't agree with Rhys Webb's unexpected axing:

O'Brien responded quickly that she had meant to select Earls instead so all is forgiven.
Still, you can't please everyone. Even those that don't get sarcasm...

Jokes, and slagging, aside, we are into the final straight now and O'Driscoll is as focused as anyone. We wouldn't mind the outlay of his squad but hundreds of thousands of Scots might...

We're nearly there folks.
