Connacht recorded another phenomenal victory tonight, beating Bayonne away from home courtesy of two Caolin Blade tries and a jaw-dropping late show.
15 changes? So bloody what? The men from the west put on an unreal showing to clinch their ninth victory of a 13-game season that has seen them lose just thrice so far.
And, despite trailing the French men 27-22 with just three minutes to go, Blade found a way across the line before Miah Nikora did the honours from the conversion to send the Irish side home smiling.
They had to survive a late scare though when Mathieu Ugalde missed a last-second penalty that would've clinched it for the hosts but a hard-fought victory was no more than they deserved after digging out an incredible result having trailed for most of the game.
They're now sitting pretty in Pool 2.
