Forrest Griffin is keeping himself busy since he hung up his gloves for the last time.
Griffin was the second fighter to emerge from The Ultimate Fighter to claim UFC gold when he beat Quinton "Rampage" Jackson for the belt in 2008. Griffin retired after beating Tito Ortiz in 2012, seven years after his legendary three-round war with Stephan Bonnar that is regarded by many as the most seminal fight in MMA history.
