We can't begin to express the relief we felt when we learned that TUF 21's Steve Montgomery was OK.
The American Top Team welterweight was taking a nap when his body started convulsing in a frightening seizure.
His teammates rushed to his aid and called 911 before Montgomery was taken to hospital where he was diagnosed with hyponatremia, a condition that comes about when the system is significantly low on electrolytes.
The 8-2 southpaw was removed from the show due to concerns of a repeat of the incident during subsequent weight cuts.
The whole ordeal was one of the most dramatic in the ten year history of the reality show but, be warned, the episode is not for the feint of heart.
The main thing is that Montgomery didn't experience any permanent damage from the seizure and we're all hoping that he is able to continue doing what he loves.
