If you thought Conor McGregor's gymnastics at Muscle Beach were impressive, prepare to be blown away by a 64-year-old doing the exact same thing.
This video sent into us on Twitter shows a 64-year-old Carlow native doing a remarkable number of muscle-ups, but not before wishing the Notorious best of luck in his title fight against Jose Aldo at UFC 189. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjluSdYnsn4 Suddenly, McGregor's version doesn't look all that impressive anymore. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-a8s3SkDQo Ok, it still looks ludicrously difficult, but in fairness, despite what his fondness for mobility scooters might otherwise suggest, McGregor hasn't quite reached retirement age yet.
