UFC finally change "garbage" poster following Conor McGregor's complaints

The Notorious has gotten his wish.

Say goodbye to Rafael dos Anjos taking centre stage on the poster for the upcoming UFC lightweight title fight on March 5.

Boy was the featherweight champion not happy with that that effort. Speaking at the pre-sale press conference, the featherweight champion expressed his dislike of the poster.

"That's what I just noticed. Where is my damn belt?"

"This is a superfight. I look up at that poster, I see myself tucked in the back there. I see a guy whose last gate was 1.7 million. He (Rafael dos Anjos) fought on free TV. He's never brought a dime to the company. He's never made a dime yet he is sitting there on the front of my poster."

Well, McGregor will be a happy man now as the new poster sees both fighters in the main event sharing the spotlight with co-headliners Holly Holm and Miesha Tate also getting some poster-space.

Now it may be a coincidence, (although it definitely isn't) but this image was shared seven hours after this piece went up online.

We assume our Pullitzers, Nobel Peace Prizes and Academy awards are all in the post... or whatever trophy they give for influencing a slight change on a poster.
