Conor McGregor may not have asked for fighters to stand alongside him in his stance against the UFC's promotional demands but he has certainly earned a few high-profile supporters.
McGregor is one of few fighters in history who has defied the wishes of the biggest MMA promotion in the world, turning down the requests of the UFC for 'The Notorious' to be in attendance for a press conference ahead of the pre-sale of tickets for this summer's UFC 200.

The UFC responded by pulling McGregor from the card but a number of McGregor's colleagues have since come out in defence of the Irishman, praising his confidence in fighting for his value.
One such fighter is top welterweight contender Rory MacDonald who, ahead of his return to the Octagon, has pledged his support for McGregor and has asked for other fighters to do the same as the only way that fighters will effect change is if they unite together.
