Things almost took a turn for the worse at Gowran Park on Saturday afternoon.
Both Robbie Power and Bryan Cooper fell during the 1pm meet but Power was stuck to his horse who looked to be threatening to run on out of control as the jockey hang helplessly.
Cooper - a native of Tralee in Kerry - was alert to the danger though and bounced off the ground to get his competitor's horse under control and see Power down safely.
Fair play.
