The Galway Races are back, here’s how you can get involved in all the action.
The Galway Races are back for one of the most iconic race meetings in the world. Running from Monday 26 July until Sunday 1 August, this year the races are an exciting virtual event that anyone can get involved in from home, while a small number of people will also be attending live.
If you’re not one of the lucky ones heading to Galway this year, you can still take part in the Galway Festival Fantasy League from home.
So, how does the fantasy league work?
Simply sign up for the fantasy league here. Then, pick one horse per race to back, and you’ll gain points over the seven days of the Galway Festival, based on where your horse places. Points are counted across all 7 days of the Festival, and there’ll be an amazing prize for the league winner, which will be decided on the final day.
The overall winner of the Fantasy League will receive a VIP hospitality table for 4 at the 2022 Galway Races Summer. There’ll also be a number of daily Galway Festival prizes for the daily winners.
