The Dude abides

Or obliges, at least. Backers of Monbeg Dude had plenty to shout about towards the end of yesterday's Aintree Grand National as the long-shot charged to a spirited third-placed finish in the World's Greatest Steeplechase™. And the 40-1 outsider, who chased home winner Many Clouds and runner-up Saint Are, netted a tidy betting profit of €145,000 for his part-owner, and former England rugby hero, Mike Tindall, who bought the horse for just £12,000. https://twitter.com/miketindall13/status/586861686268817408 https://twitter.com/miketindall13/status/586916517587058688 [h/t Daily Mail]
