But it was Boro’s opener that provided the moment of the match over on BT Sports.
Harry Redknapp was giving what could only be described as a jaundiced opinion on Swansea’s performance against Bournemouth when Paul Ince let out a blood-curdling shriek.
There had been a goal in the United-Boro match, you see. Incey just couldn’t verbalise who for.
Chris Sutton prompted him that Leadbitter played for Boro and Incey was away, earning his corn.
Seemingly caught off guard a little he began to describe the play before blaming United keeper David de Gea for leading with his feet.
Sutton, one of football’s most entertaining pundits, was having none of this and a good row ensued.
