It’s safe to say that John Arne Riise isn’t sold on beer.
Now that the footballing chapter of his life has ended, former Liverpool man John Arne Riise has decided to move on, try new things and have new experiences.
One of the things he can now cross off his bucket list is tasting beer, as the Norwegian posted a video on his Instagram of himself having his first, and almost definitely last swig of the nectar of the Gods (always drink responsibly and all that).
When the first few drops of the acidic liquid tingled his tastebuds, his face almost instantly contorted to a mighty grimace which is the universal language for “this is disgusting”.
He confirmed in the caption that he is unlikely to try the drink ever again saying, “Tried beer for the first time. Not for me, thank you.”
