Jordan Henderson is suddenly gone all bad ass and we like it
The Liverpool midfielder isn’t normally the most aggressive on the pitch for his side. He’s more of an Energiser bunny rather than a UFC action figure but it seems that the former Sunderland man has a bit of a bold pup in him. And Diego Costa really brings it out.
We brought you the news that after the league cup semi final draw at Anfield on Tuesday night the England man and Chelsea striker Diego Costa had a bit of a bust-up in the tunnel after the game. We were shocked as Costa looks like a man who’s been in more scraps than your local pub brawler and Henderson is more of a choir-boy lookalike.
Well now a brilliant vine shows where that kerfuffle may have started with a fantastic staredown by Henderson and Costa on the pitch during the game.
We would love a different camera angle just to see the look on the striker’s face as we imagine he was surprised as anybody as to the ‘hardman’ image Henderson was projecting.
