Galatasaray scored a 4-2 win over Karabukspor at the weekend, thanks largely to talismanic Dutchman Wesley Sneijder.
The midfielder was in stellar form throughout the match and bagged the two goals that secured victory for his side.
After the full time whistle sounded and the pitch had emptied, Sneijder walked out into centre of the ground and began leading the fans in a powerful chant.
