One of the most terrifying pitch invasions that we've ever seen took place in Mönchengladbach today.

The Rhineland derby between Borussia Mönchengladbach and FC Koln looked destined for a stalemate before Granit Xhaka popped up with a winner in the final minute. When the final whistle went, the furious Koln fans stormed the Borussia Park pitch, appearing to attempt a confrontation with the celebrating Mönchengladbach players. The raw video captures the considerable number of fans, dressed from head-to-toe in white, pour onto the grass as flares soar over their heads. At the time of writing, the amount of arrests is unknown but you can clearly see at least thirty Koln fans break through the barriers. Shocking stuff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_G4LE5qbKs
