A winning dressing room is a special place and it's hard to concentrate on what anyone is saying to you after tasting any type of success. But usually when the manager speaks players shut up,put their pants back on, and sit down to listen. Especially when your boss has just guided your side to second place in the league and a sweet 2-1 victory over your most hated rivals. So it's no wonder that Roma's manager Rudi Garcia got undivided attention when he addressed his players after Monday's win over Lazio to secure second place in the table and Champions League football next season.
