They really are a special breed of people who must love the abuse and stress that comes with trying to keep teams from pulling the heads off each other, or stamping their opponents head into the ground
And that’s just at junior B level.
They take it up a whole other notch in Argentina after this footage of an official being knocked out for yellow-carding a player emerged.
The incident is all the more shocking because the player who committed the cowardly attack is a brother of Fiorentina defender Facundo Roncagli, who’s an Argentina international.
The referee, named as Arnaldo Beron, was taken to hospital for treatment and the game had to be abandoned
