Independiente winger Federico Mancuello got the call-up from Gerardo Martino for his first international cap and he left a pretty magnificent mark on the scoresheet as he wrapped up Argentina’s 2-0 victory over El Salvador with a wonderful piece of quick-thinking at a free kick.
