West Ham United hosted Chelsea in Saturday's early kick-off, where an away victory steered Enzo Maresca's Chelsea into the top four.
At 3pm, Aston Villa host Wolves in what promises to be a lively West Midlands derby.
Fulham welcome Newcastle United, whilst Everton travel to Leicester City in search of their first point of the season.
Liverpool will be wanting to make amends after the defeat at home to Nottingham Forest - with Bournemouth the visitors for Arne Slot.
Southampton host fellow new boys Ipswich Town, meanwhile Spurs would welcome three points against Thomas Frank's Brentford.
In the late kick-off, Crystal Palace take on Manchester United at Selhurst Park.
