The FA Cup fifth round got underway on Friday night as Aston Villa cruised past Cardiff 2-0.
There were four games yesterday and while the magic of the FA Cup had given Plymouth Argyle a good run so far after knocking out Premier League leaders Liverpool last round, their journey in the competition came to an end at Manchester City.
They went ahead in the 38th minute in what looked like another giant killing from the Championship side but City soon bounced back to win 3-1.
Elsewhere, Preston dumped Burnley out of the competition while Palace knocked out Millwall.
Bournemouth and Wolves went to extra time and penalties after finishing 1-1 but it was the cherries who proved victorious from the spot.
Today, Newcastle will host Brighton and Hove Albion while Ruben Amorim's Manchester United welcome fellow Premier League team Fulham to Old Trafford.
