Bad news for a host of Fantasy Football managers

The line-ups for Southampton v Chelsea have just been released and while Jose Mourinho has sent out a largely familiar squad, the Saints look drastically different in defence. Ryan Bertrand can't face his parent club and the other star defender for Ronald Koeman, Nathaniel Clyne, is injured. This picture, posted by PA journalist Simon Peach, of Clyne's injury explains why.

We think it is more likely Clyne's ankle than knee but is that bone you can see in the wound?
