You might not like Luis Suarez as a player but he was one-tough-son-of-a-gun. Seldom injured and regularly taking severe punishment, the Uruguayan hardly ever missed a game…through injury at least.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Daniel Sturridge, who has missed a huge amount of this season for Brendan Rodgers side with various injuies.
The latest problem to hit the England striker is a hip complaint that has ruled him out for around four weeks. Helpfully for Liverpool fans and for the medics at Melwood, Talksport have produced this informative graphic showing where Sturridge has had most bothers since his arrival at Anfield.
Incredibly this latest injury is his 14th since joining the club in January of 2013. We’re no doctors but we think we see a pattern in his reasons for missing bucket loads of games.
