Did Djibril Cisse set out to write a new CV but got fed up after the first two letters?
The former Liverpool striker officially retired from the game last October and has been looking to pursue a new line of work as a DJ.
That search has led him to a very unexpected location as he’s somehow found himself spinning records at a Mariah Carey concert.

“I have the honour and pleasure to announce that I’m doing the opening set for the great Mariah Carey evening,” he tweeted.
Cisse’s career somewhat petered out following spells with Kuban Krasnodar, Bastia and Saint-Pierroise which were a far cry away from his penalty in the shoot-out of the now-famous 2005 Champions League final.
But the Frenchman has seemingly landed on his feet, sharing a picture of himself in the DJ booth ahead of the Mariah Carey gig.
