Another season, another battle.
Chelsea and PSG will lock horns in the Champions League for the third campaign in a row but it is the war of words tweets off the field that is gripping the footballing world.
Yet again, the French club are engaging in a bit of light-hearted trolling of their London rivals ahead of what they are trying to coin as The New Classic.
No.
On Tuesday night, the Parisians entertain Guus Hidink’s side in the first leg of the Champions League second round and, despite Chelsea trying their damnedest not to get involved this time, the undefeated Ligue 1 side are firing all sorts of shots.
Their 134-second 90-second video recapped last season’s tie in which PSG qualified on away goals after extra time at Stamford Bridge. And they took a bit of a sideways look at the drama and characters that emerged from that night in London.

But Mourinho’s men recovered and took the second leg 2-0 to advance on away goals.
The Paris outfit recovered with an debatable classy fair play tweet.
“Congratulations to the English who did not want to leave Europe.”
