Thought you had seen the last of Nicklas Bendtner? Yeah, we’re not going to lie, so did we.
The former Arsenal striker is known for three things – being a monstrous Premier League flop, once claiming that he was one of the best strikers in the world and a phenomenal fan chant by the Gooners that unfortunately never caught on.

After seven LONG seasons at Arsenal, Bendtner went on a loan spree having spells at Birmingham, Sunderland and Juventus before being shipped off permanently to Wolfsburg in 2014. He was released from the Bundesliga outfit early, spent a season at Nottingham Forrest and in 2017 he signed for Rosenborg.
League of Ireland side Dundalk drew the Norwegian club in the second qualifying round of the Champions League, which meant that Oriel Park was graced by Lord Bendtner’s presence on Wednesday evening.
The Lillywhites ground out a 1-1 draw in the first leg with Tore Reginiussen’s effort cancelling out Dave McMillan’s opener. However, even before the game kicked off, there was a lot of buzz around Bendtner’s presence. then when the game was on, we’re pretty sure chants of “Nicklas Bendtner, you’re a wanker” started up.
