Something tells us whoever runs Manchester Airport’s twitter account is a fan of the beautiful game.
In one of the more surprising announcements of the summer, Manchester United confirmed on Sunday that Paul Pogba was set to have a medical with the club in order to finalise a transfer from Juventus.
Yeah, they kept that one fairly quiet alright.
Of course, we’re kidding as the Frenchman has been linked with a return to the club since the first Neanderthal emerged from his cave dwelling and booted an elk skull to his hunting partner, which was probably one of the first incarnations of football as we know it.

With Pogba set for his medical today, all eyes were on Manchester Airport and more specifically, their Twitter account for any possible updates on his arrival.
Whoever runs their account knew exactly how to play the game as they began mercilessly trolling everyone.
An important passenger has just touched down at the airport. Can anyone guess who it might be? pic.twitter.com/1HDsXzE7NN

When it was suggested that the celebrity passenger was Louis van Gaal, they fired right back with an immaculate burn that would have sent the Dutchman straight to the burns ward.
