Manchester United have unfollowed a first team player on Instagram in a move which has been described as 'brutal'.
A global social media sensation, the club boast an impressive 64.2million followers on the platform.
And today the club have made headlines for unfollowing a first team player.
Eagle-eyed fans have all noticed that Chelsea loanee Jadon Sancho has been unfollowed by the club and are all talking on X about the move.
One fan stated: "What a time to be alive."
Sancho, following his loan move to London, has also unfollowed the Manchester giants.
Upon leaving, he posted a message on Instagram with a photo of him in a United shirt:
"Thank you to all the fans, staff and teammates @manchesterunited
"Wishing everyone all the best in the future."
Teenage sensation Kobbie Mainoo responded with a comment stating: "All the best bro"
Sancho is yet to feature for Chelsea, however was unveiled before the 1-1 draw at home to Crystal Palace.
