The Brazilian full-back laid the ball across goal for Dzeko, only for the Roma forward to completely miss an open goal from three yards out against Palermo.
And it seems that nobody was more shocked than Maicon, whose wonderful facial expressions perfectly display the stages of disbelief as he realised all his hard work had been for nothing.
