The Googlised thoughts of Massimo Cellino

Leeds United president Massimo Cellino has penned a farewell message of sorts to Leeds United fans, and it looks like he’s done them the courtesy of running it through Google translate.

Due to his failure to disclose a conviction for tax fraud, the Italian was banned from running the club until April 10 by the Football League, but has now said he will not return as he seeks to clear his name.

His daughter, Eleonora, was placed in temporary control of the club in Cellino’s absence, but Leeds chairman Andrew Umbers said Cellino had taken the decision so he could go about ‘this independent action so that LUFC is seen to be fully compliant with the Football League Rules and thus help the football club avoid any sanctions.’

Cellino’s statement is below…
