Jose Mourinho storms on to pitch in attempt to get Sunderland player sent off
Just classic Jose at this point.
Jose Mourinho made his way onto the pitch during a friendly match between Roma and Sunderland after Black Cats midfielder Luke O'Nien appeared to catch Roma's Roger Ibañez with a stray elbow.
The two sides were meeting on their respective tours of Portugal, with the match intended to be a good test for both teams as they continue preparations for the upcoming season.
However, the clash took an unexpected turn when O'Nien caught Roma defender Ibanez with a stray elbow to the face.
The 27-year-old had been booked just prior to the incident, and Mourinho was absolutely livid - making his way onto the pitch to remonstrate with the referee, sources at the ground have confirmed.
Sunderland quickly defused the situation by substituting O'Nien shortly after the incident, with the rest of the match playing out without any more controversy.
It was the Serie A side who came out on top in the tie, winning 2-0 thanks to goals from Nicolò Zaniolo and Felix Afena-Gyan.
How did social media react?
Roker Report - a Sunderland fan site and podcast - wrote on Twitter: "A break in play as Jose Mourinho makes his way on to the pitch to try and get O’Nien sent off for a foul on Ibanez."

Another added: "Jose Mourinho was so agitated by some of the tackles from Luke O'Nien during Roma's pre-season friendly with Sunderland that he walked on the pitch mid-game … Luke taking it to the other extreme."
Mourinho's Roma beat Feyenoord to win the inaugural Europa Conference League last season, running out 2-0 winners.
Meanwhile, Sunderland were promoted back to the Championship last year after beating Wycombe Wanderers in the League One play-off final at Wembley.
