It’s only taken 20 months but Liverpool misfit Iago Aspas is finally back in the goals.

The Spaniard, on loan with La Liga side Sevilla, struck a fine winner as his side defeated Espanyol in a 3-2 thriller.

It was the £7million striker’s first league goal since May 2013 (that’s before he joined Liverpool).

Aspas’s strike was overshadowed somewhat by the incredible goal scored earlier in the game by team-mate Diogo Figueiras.
